Shipping and Returns

Due to COVID-19, please be advised that your shipment may be delayed. In order to set realistic expectations, please reference the shipping updates below.

  • We Ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain.
  • Baabali offers DHL free shipping service for orders over 99
  • For orders under €99 we charge 3.6 for Germany and 10 for other countries. 
  • Shipping may experience delays of up to 10 business days for processing.

  • At this time, we can only ship orders to physical home or business addresses within the European Union. When making a return or exchange for helmets and accessories purchased at baabali.com, we will provide you with an authorized return label, as well as free shipping on the exchange and no additional re-stock fees.

  • If you wish to change the delivery address please reach out to us immediately at info@baabali.com or at the Contact Us – Baabali and we’ll be happy to update your order, change your address, etc. Please note that changes cannot be made once the order has already shipped.

Returns

  • It's really easy to process your return! Please open Contact Us – Baabali and enter the appropriate information about your order like your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then contact you with information along with a return label and tracking. Please do not send the product to us before we have sent you the return information as we use our own Shipping contractors for both deliveries and returns. Your return will process as soon as it reaches our warehouse and Your funds will process to your account within the next 7 business days. 

  • You can use the box your helmet came in to ship back to us. Be sure to cover the original shipping label with your return label or a piece of paper.
