One-piece molding: The shell material and the inner liner material are put into the machine and processed in one time.
Non-integrated molding: The inner tank and the outer shell are processed separately, and then assembled and combined.
Generally speaking, a one-piece helmet has a better fit between the outer shell and the inner liner, which can better protect the head.

Internal skeleton: The overall strength of the helmet is improved by laying a skeleton in the inner liner (which can be compared to a reinforced concrete area). In the past, this technology was used in top helmets, and recently it has slowly spread to other grades.

Safety technology: mainly MIPS, multi-directional impact protection system, which can effectively reduce the head damage caused by the impact from all angles and prevent concussions.

The embodiment of safety is reflected in which safety certifications the helmet has passed. The most basic, of course, is our national standard. Specifically, GB 24429-2009 "Sports helmets - Safety requirements and test methods for bicycles, skateboards, and roller skating sports helmets". In addition, there are CE EU, CPSC USA, AS/NZS Australia (Australia, New Zealand), TUV Germany, CSA Canada, etc. Generally, it will be reflected on the label inside the helmet.


The comfort of wearing a riding helmet mainly includes three aspects: adjustment system, internal shape and ventilation.

Adjustment system: Different helmets, the adjustment system is similar, there is no obvious difference. This can be ignored for the time being.

The internal shape of the helmet: It is mainly divided into a round Asian head shape and an oval European head shape.

Asian-headed cyclists wear European-shaped helmets, and the temples on both sides of the head will have a certain sense of oppression, commonly known as the chuck. Wearing a helmet with an Asian head shape will better fit our head shape, provide greater security, and feel more comfortable.
